LDT Trading Ltd. (referred to as “we/our/us” ) is the operator and owner of this web site. All users of this website (referred to as “you/your”) Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, any purchase and transactions made on this site are under our term and conditions.
Price and Payment
We are not offering credit facilities. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch by card, cash or bank transfer some of type of card may not accepted please check before you pay.
All price payable for the goods and service on our web site at the time you place your order are current price, price may change from time to time without notice. any error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it . If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT, current VAT rate will be apply on the final value of your order.
Delivery & Title
To process your order there is a minimum order £50 before VAT and delivery charge applicable.
All orders are delivered within Mainland United Kingdom except to the following destinations:
Offshore & Channel Islands,
Eire and the Scilly Isles
Additional delivery charges may apply due to the weight or volume of your order being excessive, even your order qualifies for free delivery. We will inform you in writing or telephone.
Most of the order we received by the noon of each day will be dispatched by the same day if we have enough quantity in stock with next working day delivery(we are not responsible for any delays from the carrier company). any lost and damage items during the delivery will be claim from the carrier.
As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility. We will deliver only to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery, any loss or damage to the goods will be your responsibility and at your risk. Any transit damage, shortages or wrong goods supplied, must be noted on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery.
All claims for shortage and damages must be made in writing within 2 days of receipt of goods.
All goods we listed on this website are what we having in stock and we will try control the stock level to satisfy all of our customers, but, it might have shortage for some reasons, in this case all orders are subject to availability.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 2 days of delivery date. we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unwanted items may be returned within seven days of receipt providing we are notified within 2 days of receipt of goods. These goods must be in perfect resalable condition and in their original packaging. Customers must ensure the goods are securely packed and are responsible for paying the relevant return carriage costs. A deduction of 20% will be made to cover our administration costs, and the net refund will be paid through the original Credit/Debit Card system. Any postage or delivery charge will be reduced from the refund total.
Security and Privacy
Any information we collected is for process you order and we are not going to share, sell or pass your information to any other business or individuals. All the Debit/Credit Card information is not stored on our server.
Any our customer wants Images and information from our website may only be downloaded with our permission.
